Cost Plus (Murabahah) Asset Finance
This retail product enables customers to acquire assets with the flexibility of a monthly, quarterly or annual payment plan tailored towards the customer’s cash flow. The Bank under this arrangement purchases the selected asset identified by the customer and sells same to the customer at cost plus profit which are fully disclosed to the customer.
